We at Property Listings Phuket put you in direct contact with the seller! From that point on, you may need a lawyer to handle the legal aspect of the sale between you and the seller.
We are not a real estate business, we are merely advertising properties that are available for sale for our friends and neighbors who choose not to use the services and high commissions of an agent. We have no involvement with the showing or the sale. If a sale is made, we earn a small commission from the seller for advertising only.
If you are interested in a particular property listed here, just contact us and we'll notify the seller of your desire to view the property. The seller will arrange to pick you up and take you to their property for a showing.
We do not show listings that are sold, after all, why would you want to see a property that is unavailable. When we have confirmation from a seller that the property is sold, the listing is removed from our database.
